These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Nexus Pro LLC's services, website, and text messaging (SMS) program. By requesting a free estimate, calling us, or providing your phone number, you agree to these terms.
SMS Program: Nexus Pro Appointment & Project Updates
Program description: Nexus Pro LLC sends text messages to customers who have requested a free estimate or spoken with our team, including appointment confirmations and reminders for free in-home or on-site estimates, project status updates, and occasional promotional offers (such as seasonal discounts).
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (for example, whether you have an upcoming appointment or an active project). You should expect no more than a few messages per month on average.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages we send and that you send to us.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to a text message from us to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. You can also contact us directly (see below) to opt out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers.
Use of Our Services
Estimates provided by Nexus Pro LLC are free and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an in-person or on-site assessment of the project. We do not discuss firm pricing over the phone or by text.
Privacy
Our collection and use of your information, including for text messaging, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Nexus Pro LLC provides estimates and services on an as-described basis. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier or network issues affecting text message delivery.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
